Welcome to the on-line booking system for Hugh Boyd Secondary School families. You will be able to create an account, and then schedule appointments.

Appointments scheduling will start at specified times, see the schedule listed below. You will find the system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account, your children and your appointments. To register for an account, click on the "REGISTER" tab above.

Students will be supervised by teachers and EAs in designated spaces and classrooms. During this time, students will have flexibility and choice regarding learning tasks they wish to focus on, much like Personal Learning Time. The onsite support is meant to support and extend online learning currently taking place. As such, teachers and EAs will be accessible to students for additional help and guidance on current and ongoing learning. Remote learning will continue for all students. For in-school support, the expectation would be that teachers are not teaching new course material at school. Please note that students may not have access to their own subject teachers and teachers may change from the schedule published on the School Appointments website. 

Students and Parents are REQUIRED to sign up for time/spaces through the School Appointments website (a different account will need to be created from the account that parents use for Parent/Teacher conferences). Student may sign up for times/days as needed, however, the recommendation is to sign up for a maximum of 2 sessions per week. Parents will be able to contact the school office by phone to make additional appointments.

For appointments on June 15 and 16, students can sign-up for a morning or afternoon block (any grade).

For appointments on June 17, 18, and 19, students are able to only sign-up for the morning block (any grade) as there wil be textbook return procedures occurring at school in the afternoon.
